About the role

We're seeking an inspiring and guest-focused Assistant Manager, Front Office to join our leadership team. This role is about far more than managing operations. As one of the hotel's key leaders, you will be an ambassador for the Porter House experience, setting the tone for every arrival, departure and guest interaction. Working closely with the Front Office Manager, you will lead a team of passionate Heartists® while bringing the spirit of La Maison to life. You'll create an setting where guests feel welcomed into a luxury home, not simply checked into a hotel. Through genuine hospitality, attention to detail and personalised service, you'll ensure every guest leaves with a memorable story to tell. You'll be highly visible within the hotel, building relationships with guests, recognising loyalty members, welcoming VIPs, coaching your team and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the distinctive character of MGallery.
