We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Sneaky's Restaurant in Angle Vale.

For 12 years we have been a successful Italian Restaurant with an outstanding local reputation for our food and hospitable service.

Position requirement:
Minimum 1 year experience with hand stretch dough and wood fired pizza oven.
Making dough to our recipe.
Preparing measured dough balls.
The ability to work well independently or with team in a quick paced workplace.
Food handling accreditation
Maintaining OH&S; standards
Be available to work Wednesday to Sunday, split shifts.

Duties:
Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are to the highest quality at all times.
Setting up and packing down before and after service.
High standards of cleanliness, punctuality and organization.




Liaising with chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Passion for food and pizza making.
