Requirements
Valid RII tickets for Excavator and Dozer operations
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience operating excavators and dozers in civil or bulk earthworks
Current Construction White Card
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Must be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test
Good communicator and a reliable team player
Strong commitment to safety and high-quality standards
Key Responsibilities
Protected and effective operation of Excavators and Dozers for bulk earthworks, trenching, and site preparation
Conduct thorough daily pre-start checks and routine operator maintenance on machinery
Follow strict safety requirements, SWMS, and site protocols
Read and interpret site plans, working closely with surveyors and ground crews
Assist with general civil labouring duties as required by the site manager
Coordinate with the production and civil teams to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
