Hampton Homes Melbourne is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a growing business, focused on building custom, high end homes. Working in a team setting, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and develop the role with your previous skills and experience.
THE ROLE
Managing the client relationship throughout the construction process. From design to handover.
Liaise and coordinate external contractors to ensure correct documentation is upheld for each project.
Create and maintain our standard specification level.
Develop client relationships and provide regular contact and support to their requirements.
Action all client requests.
Maintaining specifications for all client selections, fixtures, fittings, colour schedules etc.
Coordinate and facilitate all client meetings and project milestones.
WHO YOU ARE
Previous experience in a similar role and residential construction.
Experience with luxury and Multi-million dollar homes.
(Advantageous)
Strong background with client management and interaction.
Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with staff, contractors and clients.
Detail focused.
Strong time management skills.
