About the role

The Client Services Advisor is a fast-paced telephone sales role. You'll be picking up the phone and connecting with both businesses and current and future management professionals to promote our range of Management and Leadership development solutions.

You'll be engaging in Business Development and Account Management activity, working with a portfolio of clients and campaigns that drive inbound enquiries. You will uncover and develop new opportunities to support the leadership development growth of individuals and our corporate members.

What You’ll Be Doing
Making daily outbound calls to current clients and existing client base.
Starting real conversations and identifying business needs.
Building solid relationships with clients, identifying and mapping requirements and recommending appropriate learning and development solutions.
Learning how to run discovery calls and present L&D; solutions




Managing your CRM pipeline and staying organised
Working toward clear activity and performance targets
