Billy J is searching for a Sales Assistant to embody our values and deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our valued customers. We are looking for a vibrant people-person who is highly motivated and focused on delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.



Successful applicants will need to be available to work weekend shifts and throughout our peak season between now and January.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organised store workplace
Maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant, and effectively replenished store
Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:
Previous retail sales experience preferred
A passion for fashion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
