We manage short-stay properties in Brisbane and surrounding areas and are looking for reliable cleaners to join our regular roster. THE WORK • Airbnb turnovers between guest checkout and check-in (linen change, bathrooms, kitchen, restock, staging/photos) • End-of-lease / bond cleans as they come up • Mostly [DAYS – e.g. Fridays, Sundays and Mondays], 10am–3pm window WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • Own transport and own cleaning supplies/equipment • ABN and public liability insurance • Smartphone – you'll send before/after photos through [APP/WhatsApp] • Reliability. Our guests check in at 3pm regardless, so we need someone who turns up or gives us real notice • Bond clean experience is a big plus (oven, window tracks, blinds, skirtings) We pay a trial clean at full rate so we can both see if it's a fit. Long-term ongoing work for the right person, and more properties coming.
