We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth and Revenue:
Develop sales plans that outline goals, tactics, and timelines for achieving sales targets
Identify new business opportunities through effective lead generation activities including networking, and industry research.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, market trends, and competitive threats.
Perform competitive analysis to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses
Negotiate pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Foster a positive and team-oriented team workplace.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Collateral and Branding:
Manage the development and deployment of sales collateral, and branding that support the Business effectiveness.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
