IUIH is seeking a Regional Medical Receptionist – MATSICHS to deliver high-standard customer service and effective administration of client appointments, data, and claims. You will support the Clinic Team and contribute to achieving higher patient numbers, attendance, and billings across our network.
Key duties include managing bookings, preparing files, processing Medicare and Work Cover claims, reconciling invoices, and providing general admin support to ensure smooth clinic operations.
