We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Goulburn Railway Bowling Club in Goulburn, NSW. As our Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Develop and implement innovative menu items that showcase your culinary expertise
Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Work closely with the management team to identify and implement cost-saving measures
Participate in menu planning and costing to optimise profitability
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen,
adhering to strict health and safety protocols
Skill & Experience
What we’re looking for
Diploma or above in Kitchen or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a reputable hospitality establishment
Robust knowledge of various culinary techniques and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with management, staff, and customers
A creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative menu items
