Our product range includes beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck, Wagyu, seafood, offals, marinated products and other specialty meats. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team and support the company’s procurement and supply chain operations.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of meat, seafood and other food products required for HOC's wholesale and retail operations.

Key Duties:

Source and procure meat, seafood and other food products from suitable suppliers.

Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Negotiate pricing, supply terms and delivery arrangements.

Monitor market prices,



product availability and supplier performance.

Manage purchase orders, procurement records and stock requirements.

Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, sales and management teams to ensure timely and productive supply.

Prepare procurement reports and assist with cost control and purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field; or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications.

Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.

Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience in the meat, food wholesale or food distribution industry will be highly regarded.
