PKKP BUSINESS CO PTY LTD is seeking qualified and experienced Diesel Motor Mechanics to join their team. They require skilled tradespersons to carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy diesel vehicles and equipment to ensure protected and effective operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy diesel trucks, buses, cranes, and construction or mining equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and system faults using computerized diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
Dismantle, repair, overhaul, and reassemble diesel engines, transmissions, and other major components.
Conduct testing and adjustments to ensure machinery meets operational standards.
Carry out preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues.
Maintain accurate service records, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.




Work collaboratively with other mechanics and technical staff to maintain high safety and performance standards.
Comply with workplace health and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements:
Relevant Trade Qualification
Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience as a Diesel Motor Mechanic.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

The role is workshop-based with potential site work at construction or mining locations. The position involves physical tasks, including lifting heavy components and working in varying environmental conditions
