We are looking for an experienced Floor Finisher / Epoxy Flooring Technician to join our growing team.
About the Role
As an experienced epoxy flooring specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and installing premium floor coating systems, including epoxy, flake flooring, polyurethane, and polyaspartic finishes.
You will work as part of a professional installation team delivering high-quality finishes for garages, warehouses, commercial spaces, and industrial projects.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in epoxy flooring installation
Strong knowledge of epoxy floor preparation and application techniques
Experience with:
Diamond grinding and concrete preparation
Crack repairs and surface preparation
Epoxy primer and base coat application
Full flake broadcast systems
Polyurethane/polyaspartic topcoats
Non-slip flooring finishes
Ability to achieve high-quality finishes with attention to detail
Reliable,
punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
Valid driver’s licence preferred
Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces to professional standards
Install epoxy and protective coating systems
Ensure clean, accurate, and consistent finishes
Follow workplace safety procedures
Maintain equipment and work areas
Communicate professionally with team members and clients
