The role
You'll own finance end to end across multiple entities and lead a small team of 2. This is a true all-rounder role: hands-on in the detail, then straight into the room with the GM on commercial decisions.
You'll:
Own the end-to-end finance function across multiple entities
Deliver management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow visibility
Partner with the GM on commercial insights that support growth
Drive process and systems improvement
Lead a lean team of 2, setting priorities and lifting accountability as the business scales

About you
CA/CPA qualified
Strong technical accounting background, ideally from a Manager or leadership role
Comfortable operating autonomously and ready to be the finance lead for the business
Genuinely hands-on, not someone who sits above the detail




Confident across multiple entities and improving process and controls
Proactive and adaptable, suited to a quick-paced growth environment
Leadership experience, or clearly ready to manage and mentor 2 direct reports
Strong business partnering instincts with non-finance stakeholders
