Key responsibilities
Providing friendly, effective service across the bar, bistro and gaming areas
Assisting with functions and events as required
Supporting the team during busy service periods, wherever the need is greatest
Maintaining our high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest experience
Working collaboratively across front and back of house
About you
A genuine all rounder — happy to jump between sections and adapt on the fly
Reliable availability, particularly across our busy periods
A positive, can-do attitude and robust communication skills
Previous hospitality experience preferred
RSA/RP (Responsible Person) certificate
