We are seeking an experiencedLevel 3 Systems Engineerto support a critical operational technology environment.
This role will provide advanced technical support, infrastructure administration and troubleshooting across enterprise systems, with a strong focus onWindows, Cisco, Dell, VMware and enterprise storagetechnologies.
Key Responsibilities
ProvideLevel 3 operational supportand act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
Administer, troubleshoot and maintainWindows Server environments.
SupportCisco networking infrastructureand resolve network-related incidents.
Manage and supportDell server and hardware infrastructure.
Administer and troubleshootVMware virtualisation environments.
Supportenterprise storage platforms, including monitoring, performance and capacity management.
Perform infrastructure changes, upgrades, patching and maintenance.




Conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to problem resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, configurations and operational procedures.
Work with internal teams, vendors and managed service providers to resolve complex issues.
Participate in after-hours support and incident response when required.

ProvenLevel 3 Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Supportexperience.
Experience withCisconetworking environments.
Hands-on experience withDellenterprise hardware.
StrongVMwareadministration and troubleshooting experience.
Experience supportingenterprise storageenvironments.
Solid incident, problem and change management capabilities.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience working within complex or critical operational environments is highly desirable.
