An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and reliable Registered Nurse to join theAngiography Team on a full-time basis at a private hospital in Melbourne.You will play a key role within a supportive and agile team setting, whilst ensuring exceptional patient-focused care is being delivered.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Scrub Scout, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe, high-quality pre, intra, and post-operative nursing care;
Assisting in interventional cardiac procedures such as angiograms, PCI, IVUS, and Shockwave;
Supporting structural heart procedures, including TAVI, PFO, and ASD;
Participating in EP and pacing cases.

REQUIREMENTSCurrent registration with AHPRA;
Authority to Work in Australia;
Minimum 12 months' experience as an RN - Cardiac Cath Lab Scrub Scout;
Working with Children check (if relevant);
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
Proof of vaccination and serology relevant for working in a BBFE;
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
Current registration with AHPRA;




Authority to Work in Australia;

Police check;

The hospital, located in Melbourne, is an acute 124-bed facility providing a range of medical and surgical services.
The facility offers a friendly and supportive staff environment with a strong commitment to excellence in customer care.
These services are supported by a 10-bed intensive care unit, a six-bed neurosurgery intensive nursing unit, four operating theatres, two angiography suites, an endoscopy suite, a coronary care unit, and a day chemotherapy unit.
