ASAP Recruitment is seeking an organised individual to join our team as aRecruitment Consultant to be based in our Hillcrest office.
This role will see youbeing responsible for providing quality recruitment services to our existing client base across Brisbane metro.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
End to end recruitment which includes
Screening, interviewing and reference checking
Filling client job orders
Rostering
Manage candidates employed by ASAP Recruitment
Create and maintain crucial client/candidate relationship management
Conducting client visits and in office inductions as required
On call and working weekends during peak season (Sept to Mid Jan)
To be considered for this position you need to have:
Previous administration and/or customer service and/or salesexperience
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Flexibility with hours of work as they may range from 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday and some weekend work during peak period
Strong attention to detail
Possess a desire to work within a team environment
A drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential as you will need to visit clients on a regular basis within Brisbane metro.
