Room Leader / Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) - Central Coast
We are seeking anexperienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Room Leaderto lead our Pre-School room in afull-time, permanent positionwithin a warm, welcoming and community-focused early learning service on the Central Coast.

About the Role
Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Lead and mentor educators within your room.
Support the ongoing development and learning of children in line with the EYLF.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and centre policies.
Contribute positively to the centre's inclusive, collaborative and supportive culture.
Work closely with the wider team to provide high-quality outcomes for children and families.
About You
To be successful,



you will have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
Previous experience as an ECT, Room Leader or in a similar leadership position.
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
