The Brow Connection is looking for an experiencedBrow & Lash Artistto join our growing team.
We are a boutique studio specialising inpremium brows, Korean lash lifts, cosmetic tattooing and advanced Korean-inspired skin treatments, with a strong focus on natural, refined results and an elevated client experience.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about their clients and is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within an established studio.
Cosmetic Tattoo experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
The Role
This is acasual position, initially 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as your clientele and demand grow.
Your core services will include:
Brow shaping, waxing & colouring
Hybrid Dye Brows
Brow Lamination
Lash Lifts
Client consultations & treatment planning
Korean Lash Lift experience is not essential.Training in our signature Korean Lash Lift technique will be provided to the right experienced candidate.
For candidates with Cosmetic Tattoo experience, there is also the opportunity to perform:
Ombre / Powder Brows
Nano / Hairstroke Brows
Lip Blush Tattoo
Brow & Lash services are paid at acasual hourly rate, with aseparate commission-based earning structure for Cosmetic Tattoo services.
About You
We're looking for someone who:




Has a minimum of2 years' hands-on professional Brow & Lash experience
Is confident working independently
Has strong attention to detail and a natural, refined aesthetic
Is warm, professional and client-focused
Takes pride in consultation, client experience and retention
Is reliable, consistent and works well within a team
Is open to learning our techniques and service standards
Has full Australian working rights
Essential Availability
You must be available to work:
Every second Saturday
At least every second late night
Additional availability is highly regarded.
Cosmetic Tattoo Chance
Cosmetic Tattoo experience is abonus, not a requirement.
If you already perform Cosmetic Tattoo, we'd love to know about your experience and the training you've completed.
