As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the tendering function by managing bid administration, ensuring compliance requirements are met and coordinating the preparation of professional submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the tender register
Review tender documentation and submission requirements
Complete compliance reviews and compliance checklists
Prepare, format and compile high-quality tender submissions
Coordinate bid timelines and track key milestones and deadlines
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather supporting information and documentation
Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant and professionally presented
Maintain tender records and support continuous improvement initiatives across the bid function.
About You
Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Tender Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator or similar
An understanding of tendering processes and bid administration
Excellent document preparation, formatting and proofreading skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Confident working with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to manage documentation, data and reporting requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure or related sector will be highly regarded
Availability to commence immediately or at short notice.
