Reporting to the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will join a successful, professional and highly regarded hospitality group operating at some of Australia's most iconic venues, including the Australian Museum, Melbourne Museum, Queensland Museum, Sydney Theatre Company and the Art Gallery of NSW.
This is a casual Level 6 position, offering approximately 38 hours per week across a Wednesday to Sunday daytime roster.

Based at the Art Gallery of NSW
Casual position (Grade 5, Level 6).
Approximately 38 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday daytime roster
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality control
Maintain the highest standards of food presentation, quality and cleanliness




Contribute to menu changes inspired by gallery exhibitions
Join a friendly, supportive kitchen team led by a strong Head Chef

About you
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent relevant experience
Strong grilling and service skills are highly regarded
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for cooking and willingness to learn current skills
