We're after aRecruitment Specialistto join our Brisbane team and is ready to hit the ground running.
Someone who's not afraid to get on the phone, meet candidates face-to-face, and make things happen.
You'll be part of a high-energy, supportive team that knows how to have a laugh, celebrate wins, and keep the momentum rolling.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for ourNSW Teams
Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
Advertise on various platforms ( ie. Seek, indeed, LinkedIn and company website)
Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
Complete full onboarding - Book Medicals, Book inductions, Collate Documents, Order uniforms etc.
Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding process
Ad hoc administration and reporting tasks as required
What you need?
Experience in Blue Collar recruitment - Preferable but not a Must
Full Australian Working Rights
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships




Robust communication skills both written and verbal
