The opportunity
As Senior People Experience Business Partner, you'll workclosely with leaders across Council to provide strategic andpractical HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Thissenior generalist role combines employee and industrialrelations, recruitment, workforce planning, organisationaldevelopment and leadership coaching, helping to build ahigh-performing, positive and compliant workplace culture.
What you'll be doing
Partner with leaders and provide expert advice on abroad range of HR matters.
Coach and support leaders in performance, conduct,development and employee engagement matters.
Manage and provide guidance on complex employee andindustrial relations issues.
Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planningactivities across the organisation.
Contribute to people projects, policy implementationand continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with leaders and provide expert advice on abroad range of HR matters.

Manage and provide guidance on complex employee andindustrial relations issues.
Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planningactivities across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed




Degree qualification in Human Resources or a relateddiscipline, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in employee and industrialrelations.
Solid knowledge of enterprise agreements, employmentlegislation and HR best practice.
Highly developed analytical, investigative andproblem-solving skills.
Proven ability to influence, coach and build strongstakeholder relationships.
