About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team of approximately5-7, drive commercial performance and create an energetic environment on the shop floor.
This is not a back-office leadership role.
You'll be visible, hands-on and actively selling alongside your team.
You'll be responsible for:
Driving sales and the store's key KPIs
Coaching the team around service, conversion and commercial performance
Leading from the front during busy trade
Building confidence and capability within the team
Creating genuine customer connections across a diverse demographic
Supporting daily store operations, standards and stock
Stepping up and taking ownership when the Store Manager is away




You'll also be supported with a structured onboarding program and30, 60 and 90-day check-ins, giving you the tools and support to build confidence quickly.

Previous retail leadership experience will be highly regarded, however we're also open to candidates coming fromhospitality or other fast-paced service environmentswho can demonstrate solid leadership, customer engagement and commercial drive.
