We are looking for a motivatedParts Interpreterto join our dynamic team at ourSmeaton Grange, NSW Branchon aFull Timebasis.
Your Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting customers at the trade sales counter as required.
Accurately identifying the make, model, and specifications of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.
Preparing and issuing customer invoices with attention to detail.
Processing credit returns and warranty claims in line with company policy.
Coordinating stock transfers and special order buy-ins efficiently.
Supporting regular cyclic and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing showroom environment.
What you will Bring
Previous experience in face-to-face sales and customer servicewith a focus on building strong customer relationships.
General automotive knowledge(preferred).
Extensive administrative experiencein a service or customer relations role, demonstrating organisational and multitasking abilities.




Strong attention to detailwith the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with a clear and professional approach.
Proven ability to interpret customer needsand provide expert advice and solutions.
