THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for aTrade-Qualified Maintenance Fitterto join a high-performing industrial operation in South West Sydney.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible forbreakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance, equipment reliability and continuous improvement, working closely with operators, supervisors and the wider maintenance team.

Monday to Friday, 4:00am-12:00pm- giving you a genuine early finish while still working in a technically challenging maintenance environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Respond to mechanical breakdowns and diagnose faults quickly to minimise downtime.
Carry outpreventative, corrective and predictive maintenanceacross plant and equipment.
Develop a strong understanding of site equipment, machinery and services.
Work closely with machine operators and supervisors to identify issues and determine appropriate repair strategies.
Investigate recurring equipment failures and recommend solutions to improve reliability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Machinist.
Minimum4-5 years' experience in a maintenance environment.
Solid mechanical fault-finding and breakdown maintenance experience.
Experience working withinindustrial or manufacturing environments.
Proven ability to investigate equipment failures and identify the root cause.
Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance.
Experience with maintenance management systems -MEX experience highly regarded.
