**Location:** Toowoomba, QLD
**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
**Pay Rate:** $***** per hour
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Process sales transactions and manage customer orders efficiently.
Assist customers with product selection, providing guidance and support.
Receive, unpack, and organize stock items in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail environment.
Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and sales teams to meet store goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a retail workplace.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A positive,
proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
Basic proficiency in computer operations.
Highly Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in the welding industry or knowledge of welding equipment and consumables.
Experience with SAP based computer systems an advantage
