The Opportunity:
We're seeking expressions of interest from experiencedBlue-Collar Recruitersinterested in joining a well-established mining and resources business based in Brisbane CBD.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, supporting high-volume workforce requirements across site-based and operational roles.
Previous recruitment experience across construction, civil, mining or resources will be highly regarded.
About the Role:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue collar roles
Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
Screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
Partnering with hiring managers, operational leaders and site teams
Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment requirements and mobilisation




Managing multiple vacancies and competing recruitment priorities
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and candidate information
Supporting workforce requirements across ongoing projects and shutdowns
About You:
Previous experience recruiting blue collar or operational workforces
Experience within construction, civil, mining or resources highly regarded
Confidence managing high-volume or quick-moving recruitment requirements
Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with recruitment systems, databases or ATS platforms
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
Experience withsite-based recruitment, shutdowns, mobilisation or compliance requirementshighly regarded.
