About You
We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager with:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Residential Service Manager within Residential Aged Care
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sound knowledge of residential aged care operations and compliance
A demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality resident outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
Location Preference will be given to candidates already based in the Hervey Bay, Maryborough or surrounding region.
