HYPAR Group is recruiting a Senior Youth Worker (Lead Mentor) to support care teams in the Moreton Bay and South West regions, with travel to Narangba and Mansfield offices.
You will coach Mentors, help develop safety plans, and ensure smooth running of daily house duties.
The role requires experience in residential care or with youth with complex behaviours, robust emotional intelligence, and ability to manage challenging situations.
A Cert IV+ and mandatory checks are required.
