E4 People is assisting a well-established residential aged care home to recruit a Clinical Care Coordinator who will lead and oversee clinical care on the floor.
You will work with the Facility Manager and nursing team, with Head Office backing for governance, quality and operations.
This is a hands-on role with educators and coaches to uplift clinical capability.
