Wyn & Cois currently working with multiple well-established civil construction clients who are seeking experiencedCivil Construction All-Roundersto join ongoing projects acrossBrisbane's Northern suburbs.
We are looking for experiencedExcavator Operatorswho are also confident withconcreting, labouring and finishing worksand are keen to build on their experience within civil construction.Rates are based on experience, with penalties, Super and overtime paid weekly.These arelong-term, ongoing positions, withtemp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates.ABOUT THE ROLES:Successful candidates will have strong civil construction experience and be capable of working across excavation, concreting and general civil duties.
To be considered, you will have:
3+ years' excavator operating experienceon civil construction projects - in particular, seawalls and boat ramps, would be desirable.
RelevantRII tickets/licences
Proven experience operating excavators usingGPS – Trimble and/or Topcon.
Experience usingmultiple excavator attachments
Final trim and detailed excavation experiencehighly desirable
Ability to collaborate effectively withoperators, trades and labourers
Proven concreting experience, including:Reading plans
Setting formwork/timbers
Placing reinforcement/reo
Assisting with concrete pours
Concrete finishing
Experience working inbeach and tidal environmentsis highly desirable
Robust understanding ofworkplace health and safety guidelines
Reliable, respectful, andteam-oriented attitude
White Cardand relevant tickets/licences
Reliable transport and your own required PPE
