As the Surgeon Liaison Assistant, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of surgeon referrals, appointments and communication.
Working closely with our Surgeon Liaison & Office Manager, you will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure communication between our surgeons, therapists, patients and clinics is seamless and professional.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with surgeon referrals and post-operative patient coordination
Communicating with surgeon rooms, therapists and patients via phone and email
Assisting with coordinating appointments and ensuring information is communicated clearly
Following up outstanding referrals, appointments and patient information
Preparing and maintaining surgeon and patient documentation
Assisting with surgeon clinic lists and appointment information
Responding to enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
Supporting the Surgeon Liaison with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Building and maintaining positive relationships with surgeon rooms and healthcare professionals
Assisting with improving and maintaining efficient administrative processes
