Monday–Friday, Dayshift 5:00am–2:00pm
Step-Up Prospect:Progress into a more senior leadership role over the next few years, potentially moving to 90% leadership / 10% hands-on with greater responsibility for inventory and maintenance management.
You will do
Team Leadership:Lead and support around 5 staff (maintenance and production).
Workshop:Allocate jobs and coordinate daily workshop activities.
Maintenance:Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, including injection moulding machines.
Troubleshooting:Handle mechanical issues and basic PLC fault‐finding.
Improvement:Help move maintenance systems from paper to digital and bring outsourced work in-house.
You have
Cert III in Mechanical or Electrical
Mechanical Fitter background preferred
Previous Leading Hand / Supervisory experience
