Harris Farm in NSW is seeking a capable IT support specialist to act as the first line of assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related applications across 30+ stores.
You will troubleshoot, document, and assist with maintenance to keep our retail operations scalable.
You'll provide Level 1 & 2 support, log and resolve tickets, run straightforward SQL queries, and collaborate with IT and store teams.
A tertiary IT-related qualification and strong communication are welcomed.
