In this senior role, you will shape enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture, partner closely with product and delivery teams to plan roadmaps, and translate complex business needs into secure, resilient, high-performing solutions.
You will lead solution design standards, contribute to governance forums, and provide hands-on leadership across architecture design and delivery within a scaled agile environment.
Required Skills
Extensive Salesforce solution architecture experiencewith at least8+ yearsdelivering Salesforce projects, including large complex implementations
Proven capability designingnon-functional requirementsfor high-volume enterprise platforms includingperformance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability, and security
Broad architectural knowledge acrossSalesforce Clouds and industry solutions, with strong practical experience inSalesforce and Vlocity OmniStudio
Demonstrated experience insystem integration design and patterns, integrating Salesforce with other technologies and solutions
Ability to performhands-on prototyping and proof of conceptsto validate approaches and provide early feedback




Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate solutions, trade-offs, and risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Track record ofcontinuous improvementto lift quality, efficiency, and delivery pace
Experience working in aScaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including participation in PI/ART and sprint planning and delivery ceremonies
Nice to Have
Salesforce architect certificationsand/orVlocity architect certifications
Proactive, "can-do" approach
Robust interest inaccessibilityand enthusiasm for accessible design and development

Must be able to obtainNegative Vetting Level 1security clearance
Hybrid workingaligned to policy: minimum3 days per week in the office(with flexibility for the remaining 2 days subject to line manager agreement)
