A wide-ranging administration role where you'll genuinely make a difference.
Are you an experienced administrator who loves being the person who keeps things moving?
Do you enjoy variety, working across different systems, juggling competing priorities and taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do?
ASMIRT is looking for an Education & Programs Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across education, professional development, certification, scholarships and member programs.
This is not a traditional "tick-the-box" administration role.
You'll take ownership of a diverse workload and become a trusted support to the Director of Education and wider team.

Managing databases, registers and digital platforms including Airtable
Supporting certification and examination processes
Coordinating scholarship and award applications
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions
Managing records, contracts, renewals and important deadlines
Developing and distributing occasional member surveys
Providing broader program and project administration across the Secretariat
About you
You're an experienced, organised and proactive administrator who can confidently manage multiple priorities and keep things moving.
You'll bring:
Strong administration or executive support experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working across databases, CRM systems and digital platforms
Strong Microsoft 365 skills
Previous experience preparing agendas and taking minutes
The ability to prioritise, pivot and work autonomously
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with eLearning/LMS platforms, Airtable, Qualtrics, REDCap, online examinations or professional associations will be highly regarded.
Why join ASMIRT?
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation where your work directly supports education and professional development across the medical radiation sciences.
You'll have genuine ownership of your role, work alongside a collaborative team and enjoy a position where no two days are quite the same.
