Instructional Designer (6-12 Month Contract)
We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and enhance engaging face-to-face, blended and online learning solutions for a diverse operational workforce.
This hands-on role will see you uplift existing eLearning programs and create new learning materials, including eLearning courses, facilitator guides, learner resources, assessments, presentations and visual learning assets.
Working closely with the Senior Advisor, Capability, subject matter experts and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to a range of learning projects while managing your own workload and deliverables.
About You You will bring:
2-5 years' experience in instructional design
Experience designing adult workplace learning solutions
Solid written communication and visual design skills
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Practical experience withArticulate RiseandStoryline
Highly Regarded
Experience using Canva




Qualifications in Training Design and Development or a related discipline
Experience designing learning for operational, construction, infrastructure, transport, trade or safety-focused environments
Strong visual design capability and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques
Portfolio Requirement Applicantsmust submit a portfoliothat includes screenshots or examples of their work and clearly outlines their personal contribution to each project.
Location & Duration This opportunity is available for6-12 months, with flexible work locations across Queensland, including Brisbane, Cairns, Mackay, Townsville and other locations by negotiation.
