You will play a key role in ensuring smooth property inspections and maintaining high service standards for tenants, owners, and agents.
Key Responsibilities
Conductopen homes and property inspections
Completeingoing and outgoing condition reportswith accuracy
Carry outroutine inspectionsin line with compliance requirements
Coordinatekey collection and handoversbetween agents, tenants, and property owners
Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
Ensure all activities comply withVictorian residential tenancy legislation
Skills & Experience
Proven experience inresidential leasing or property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with property management systems such as:
PropertyMe
Inspection Express
Validdriver's licenceand access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
