Mercury IT, (mercuryit.com.au), currently has an opening for an experienced Senior IT Technician for a full-time role.
This role is embedded onsite with our customer in Beerwah QLD on a roster basis that includes weekends.
About the Role:
Senior IT Technician's are responsible for resolving Level 1, 2 and 3 support requests.
This role includes Saturday as a standard working day as the roster is Tuesday to Saturday including public holidays.
Time in Lieu is accrued where applicable.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience
Present well
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions
Highly developed problem-solving skills
Ability to build and support professional relationships
A desire to continually develop your skills through company sponsored learning
A police background check will be required for this role
Desirable skills and proficiencies:




Relevant current industry certifications
Previous MSP experience including support tools such as Autotask PSA and RMM (or similar)
