About the role: As part of the Bathroom Life team in Townsville, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
Willingness to learn and grow, even without bathroom experience




Comfort with computer systems and eagerness to learn recent systems
Open to working various shifts, including weekends
Aspirations to develop a career locally, within the network or at head office
