Overview
Knox Private Hospital is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department.
As one of Victoria's largest private hospitals, we offer exposure to a broad range of emergency presentations and access to specialist medical, cardiac and critical care services onsite.
Full-time or part-time roles are available.
The unit offers a dedicated Cardiology Centre, 24/7 services and ongoing training.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care
Provide complex and multidisciplinary care
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs
Act as a role model for secure practice
Deliver education and support to patients for their health recovery
Apply authority to work in Australia
Comply with Working with Children checks where relevant
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
Current registration (no restrictions) with AHPRA
Post Graduate Certificate in Coronary Care or Critical Care, or minimum 2 years' experience in a CCU
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer-focused
Flexibility to work a fully rotational roster

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement **** (Salary range between $***** and $***** + 12.5% Super)
