The Role
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This role focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians through meaningful activities, social engagement, and genuine connection.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of engaging recreational and social programs
Build positive, supportive relationships with residents
Help create a vibrant, inclusive, and enjoyable setting
Contribute to resident wellbeing through companionship, conversation, and participation in activities
Be the friendly face that brings joy and enrichment to residents' lives
Qualifications & Skills
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable)
Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
Ability to build strong, positive relationships




Confidence engaging residents in daily programs and activities
Genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older people
Great communication and teamwork skills, with basic computer literacy
Prior to commencement – complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check
Location
Darlington community, located on the Tweed Coast, Queensland.
