About the Role
As a Factory Hand, you'll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep production moving and making sure our products leave the factory looking their best.
Your day-to-day will include:
Operating factory machinery, using hand tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Assembling products accurately and according to specifications
Checking finished products to make sure they meet our quality standards
Keeping the factory clean, tidy, organised, and safe
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Pitching in with general factory duties and supporting the wider production team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctual– you show up, get stuck in, and can be counted on




Hardworking– you're not afraid of a busy day or getting your hands dirty
Physically fit– comfortable with manual work.

What You'll Bring
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment(preferred, but not essential)
The ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
Good communication skills and confidence with basic maths — there's plenty of measuring involved in this role!
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute
The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet targets
A willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow with the team
