About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and work closely with cross-functional Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and user-centred digital experiences and interfaces.
Translate user and business requirements intowireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct and contribute touser research, usability testing and design validation.
Develop and maintaindesign systems, style guides and reusable components.
Apply strong principles ofaccessibility, usability and responsive design.
Collaborate withProduct Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Service Designers.
Provide explicit design specifications and guidance to development teams.
Communicate and present design decisions to stakeholders, using strong storytelling skills.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and iterative design processes.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as aUX/UI Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstratinguser-centred design and problem-solving.
Proficiency inFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.
Experience with user research, prototyping and usability testing.
Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components.
Good knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working inAgile delivery environments.
Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
