Macmahon is seeking a Dispatch Operator for the Byerwen Mine Project in Queensland.
You will coordinate mining equipment and personnel to achieve production targets, and monitor fleet performance using the Modular Fleet Management System to support daily mine plan priorities.
You will act as the central communication point between operators, supervisors and other stakeholders, promoting protected work practices while contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
