About the Role:
Handle***** inbound customer calls per daywith professionalism and efficiency
Respond tocustomer emails and follow upon enquiries promptly
Performadministrative dutiessuch asdata entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with internal departmentsto ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
Uphold client reputation forfriendly, efficient, and reliable service
About you
Previouscustomer service or inboundcall centreexperience is helpful but not essential.




Well-developedverbalcommunication & interpersonalskills.
Strong attention todetail, time management & organisationalskills.
Apunctual and dependableapproach to work, with a commitment to reliability.
Resilient & can-do attitudein a fast-paced workplace
Ability towork independentlyas well as part of asupportive team.
Experience withERP systems- full training will be provided.
