About the Role:
Position: Production Operator
Schedule: The plant operates Monday to Friday 6.00am – 3.00pm
Rate: $29 – $***** per hour (depending on experience)
We offer full training — no prior experience required!
You'll be involved in:
Measuring and mixing ingredients – Manual handling of up to 25 kg bags
Cleaning the factory floor and equipment on regular basis
Operating machinery and monitoring processes




Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For – Essential Criteria:
Basic maths skills
Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
Enthusiastic, energetic attitude

Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures
Desirable Skills – A Bonus, But Not Essential:
HR truck licence
Experience in Health & Safety
Basic computer skills
Background in the food industry
