Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication prompting




Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Accurately document care provided and communicate updates to the care partner team via your app
Adhere to infection control and occupational health and safety procedures
Monitor clients for changes in health, wellbeing, or behaviour and report appropriately
Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Manual Handling certificate, and Medication Assistance competency (highly regarded)
Experience in healthcare or community support preferred
Compassionate, patient, and caring approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (this is a community-based role with travel between clients' homes)
